J&L Tweed Shipping & Returns
- Orders are shipped USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. We will email you tracking information once your order ships.
- FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $150.00
- Orders typically ship from our warehouse within 24 hours excluding weekends and holidays.
- Please allow extra shipping time during sale periods and holiday season. Orders placed on Friday afternoon will ship on Monday.
- J&L Tweed is not responsible for any delays due to local disruptions.
- Sorry, we currently do not ship internationally.
- We do not ship to PO Boxes
What items are returnable?
- Within 7 days of receipt of your shipment.
- In original condition with original packaging.
- Original tags still attached.

Are there charges for return?
- There is no charge for returned items that meet the above criteria.
- The original shipping charge is non-refundable.
- You are responsible for return shipping charges.
How do I return?

- Include your full name, billing address, and the items you would like to return
When will I receive my refund?
- We will send an email notification that we have received your returned item. We will notify you of approval status of your return.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment
